summer midpoint

1. i asked someone out. they said yes, it's pretty cool.
2. i'm trying to buy a swimsuit of some kind so i can go to the beach this summer. it's kind of a bummer that 80% of the swimwear i've been looking at was constructed with the assumption that people shaped like me want to hide as much of their body as possible. whatever. i'm kind of leaning toward just buying a bikini top and wearing that with shorts, because it'd be way cheaper. we'll see.
