vegetables

today i finally made a smoothie. i used a handful (i have small hands) of baby spinach, 5 strawberries, half a banana, and some apple cider. it was so wonderful that i think i might make another after dinner. i don't know if i used enough spinach but i couldn't taste any at all. i was also surprised that the dominant flavor was strawberry rather than banana. i was worried that if i used any banana at all, it'd be all i was able to taste, but now i think everyone else just uses way too much banana. soon i want to start using other vegetables too. people keep suggesting kale, but i've also heard it's really bitter, and i hate bitter stuff, so i don't know if i'll like it.
i hope i'll start having more energy and stuff soon too. i've been sleeping for 10-12 hours a day and i still feel tired a lot and i think it's because i'm not eating enough and when i do eat i mostly eat garbage. also, it's colder and darker and maybe that makes it hard for my body to figure out when it's time to be awake. maybe i should start sitting outside when i first wake up so i can get some sunlight.

i'm just tired of feeling like trash all the time.
